Refund policy
At ONEIROI, every item is made and fulfilled through our production partners, so we currently do not offer refunds.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We only offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:
- Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Wrong size or item was shipped due to a fulfillment error
- Request is made within 14 days of delivery
If approved, you may choose:
- A replacement item (if available), or
- Store credit equal to the item’s value
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include proof of purchase (order number/email)
- Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer (please check size chart carefully)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned after wear or damage caused after delivery
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment provider to resolve it.
